Mike has spent his entire career in the pursuit of perfection. Starting at the world renowned El Segundo Brewing in California, Mike has brewed and won awards at multiple breweries, most recently with Untied Brewing in NJ. Born and raised in Rochester, Mike saw joining the Nine Spot team as an opportunity to come home and take the New York beer scene to the next level.
